When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm arrive the same day, usually by 7pm. After 4pm they arrive the next day.
Do you deliver to my area?
Right now, Cockfosters, EN4 and EN2. We are expanding through north London next.
How can I track my delivery?
Every order confirmation includes a live tracking link. When your rider is on the way, you will see them on a map.
What if something is out of stock?
The merchant will let us know and we will contact you within an hour to refund or offer a substitute.
How do I become a Fere merchant?
Head to Sell on Fere. We set you up in a day.
How do I become a Fere rider?
Head to Ride for Fere. Once we review your details we send a signup link.
