1. About Fere
Fere is a marketplace and delivery platform operated by Fere Ltd (UK). By using the Fere website or app you agree to these terms.
2. Ordering
Orders are placed with the merchant listed on each product. Fere facilitates the sale, collection and delivery. Availability depends on merchant stock and rider capacity.
3. Payment
Payment is collected at checkout via our payment processor. Card details are never stored on Fere's servers.
4. Delivery
We deliver same-day within our launch zone. Times are estimates. Issues at delivery are refunded or credited on a case-by-case basis via customer support.
5. Returns
Perishable goods are non-returnable. Non-perishable returns are handled by the originating merchant. Contact us and we route you.
6. Liability
Fere's liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.
